Locations are key to beautiful weddings and ScenEmotion had the chance to film a very intimate and romantic wedding in Temecula Wine Country at the Mount Palomar Winery. Emmie and David are two people with the kindest hearts. They were surrounded by their close friends and family to share in the joyous occasion. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house when both were saying their vows. Truly a pleasure filming their special day. Congratulations to the happy couple.
Wedding season has started and what a better way to kick things off by filming this very special wedding for a member of our family. Krysta (our editor’s cousin) was truly radiant on her special day as was her husband the ever so handsome groom. The setting took place at the Turnip Rose in the city of Newport Beach. The days events couldn’t have been more perfect. Congratulations to the lovely couple. Enjoy!
Amber and Joshua’s Great Gatsby themed wedding was definitely a page right of the famous book. The wedding was held at the US Grant Hotel in San Diego. We felt as if we were thrown back into the roaring twenties with all the gorgeous decor, lighting and entertainment. Congratulations to the happy couple. Thank you also to Emily Smiley for giving us the opportunity to film another one of your amazing events.
With wedding season coming to an end for 2012 we had the pleasure of traveling down south to San Diego to film Theresa and Jericho’s magical day. The rich history of the Church (built in 1776) and venue encompasses such a unique backdrop creating a gorgeous romantic vintage style wedding. Every detail of this wedding was such a joy to film. The wedding party and couple surprised the guests with a performance of Gangnam Style the dance phenom danced around the world. Cheers to Jericho for serving our country. Congratulations Theresa and Jericho. Enjoy!
Ashley and Charlie are probably one of the sweetest couples we have ever met. I didn’t even get a chance to know them very well, but just how hospitable these two were to my crew and I was enough for me to know how sweet and kind they truly are. Their ceremony and reception was at the beautiful outdoor venue, Descanso garden in La Canada/Pasadena. I really wished I had more time with them. This place was amazing! As a hint for photographers and cinematographers, this is the spot if you want that outdoor type of engagement/teaser video/photo. Just check out this highlight film and you’ll know what I’m talking about. Anyway, congrats to beautiful couple, and thank you for giving us the delight of filming your special day!
Andy and Evelyn asked us to film their wedding and present the film as a same day edit video. Their wedding ceremony was held at the beautiful Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church, and followed with a reception at an amazing mansion estate overlooking the beach along the Palos Verdes Estates. This video is a little different because we were able to incorporate their video montage and same day edit into one film. The montage itself was awesome using a fun style to make it unique to other montages. It flowed beautifully with their same edit day video. Congratulations to the beautiful and happy couple. Thank you for choosing us to film your special day. Enjoy!
Melanie and Kris are two souls destined to be together. In her 7th grade journal entry she wrote that Kris “the finest guy in the 8th grade, said I was pretty.” Years later they would come together as one in marriage. The backdrop takes place in the beautiful city of San Juan Capistrano, their first look at historic Mission San Juan, followed by a gorgeous outdoor ceremony and reception at the Serra Plaza. Amazing wedding, couple, family and friends. You can feel the love that everyone has for the two of them. Thank you for letting us capture your special day. Cheers and Enjoy!
Cristina and Jorge are two people surrounded by the love of their family and friends. It was apparent to us that this wedding was going to be a fun shoot from the easy going and kind personalities of the bride and groom. The wedding was hel d at Franciscan Gardens in the beautiful city of San Juan Capistrano. We were able to utilize the Amtrak train for their “first look” and it turned out so beautiful and romantic just like a scene from a movie. Congratulations to Cristina and Jorge. It was truly a pleasure to film your wedding.
We got hooked up with this wonderful couple through a dj friend of mine DJ A-Ron. Thanks A-Ron! Justice and Pam was super cool to work with. The minute I walked in Pam’s bridal room, I knew that it was going to be a fun shoot. Her friends and family was hilarious! Especially her Mom, with her quote, “ the root is better than the fruit” (with a Filipino accent.) Justice was chill and relaxed, but you can kinda see it in his eyes that he had been anticipating for this day to c ome. The scene’s were filmed at the Luxor on Sunset, and followed by the ceremony and reception at the beautiful Skirbal Museum in L.A. Anyway, feel god’s love in the air and enjoy this wonderful highlight film of the awesome and beautiful couple! Thanks again for giving us the opportunity to be part of your wonderful day. Congrats again to the both of you and “may….. (watch the video to see the rest of this quote)
